Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Please Note: For the health and safety of our cycling community, the following items are non-returnable due to their intimate nature or specific use-case:
  • Bar Tape & Grips (once unwound or removed from packaging)
  • Baselayers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Aero & TT Helmets (safety equipment, must be new and unused)
  • Any product from the Accessories Outlet (these are final sale items)

The Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template below to make it easy.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours (weekdays) with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send the item back without an RA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our address:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We know you want your funds back quickly to get the right gear. Here’s what to expect:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and approving the return.
  • Method:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: The refund will be issued directly back to the card or PayPal account used for the original transaction.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times (typically 3-5 additional business days).

Exchanges will be shipped out using our standard shipping methods once the return is received. You will not be charged a second shipping fee for an exchange of equal value.
