Shipping Policy

We know you’re eager to get your new gear. Here’s how we get it to you:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines: We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote territories). Please see the options below:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: £12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is here to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Policy:

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.

Please Note: Non-Returnable Items

For the health, safety, and specific use-case of our cycling community, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bar Tape & Grips once unwound or removed from packaging.
  • Baselayers (for hygiene reasons).
  • Aero & TT Helmets (safety equipment, must be new and unused).
  • Any product from the Accessories Outlet (these are final sale items).

The Returns & Exchanges Process:

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Using the template below will speed things up!
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours on weekdays with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send the item back without an RA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We know you want your funds back quickly to get the right gear. Here’s what to expect:

Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and approving the return.

Method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: The refund will be issued directly back to the card or PayPal account used for the original transaction.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times (typically 3-5 additional business days).

Exchanges will be shipped out using our standard shipping methods once the return is received. You will not be charged a second shipping fee for an exchange of equal value.
