Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been processed. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is taken at the time of order placement. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

Shipping

We ship to most regions globally, excluding Asia and certain remote territories. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx, with estimated delivery of 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS, with estimated delivery of 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GearNest purchase. Our returns policy is designed with this in mind.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and specific use-case reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Bar Tape & Grips once unwound or removed from packaging
• Baselayers (for hygiene reasons)
• Aero & TT Helmets (safety equipment, must be new and unused)
• Any product from the Accessories Outlet (these are final sale items)

Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange
2. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box
5. Ship the package to: GearNest Returns, 56 Monaghan St, Newry, GB CH2N 8CN

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times (typically 3-5 additional business days).

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

As a GearNest customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and making purchases
• Review your order details carefully before completing your purchase
• Use products in accordance with their intended purpose and any safety guidelines provided
• Check products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt
• Follow the proper returns process if you wish to return or exchange an item

All content on the GearNest website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GearNest or our suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

The GearNest name and logo are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

GearNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, customs delays, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.

Cycling equipment, when used improperly, can present safety risks. It is your responsibility to use all products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and to ensure proper fit and usage. GearNest is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of products.
